If you do not live local or can’t make it during office hours, and are available over the phone or via email and will reply with in one business day to your enquiry. We have leisure and corporate clients in the Blue Mountains, Sydney, nationally and even international. Clients from PNG, the UK and Europe.
We have clients that use us to book domestic flights through to client that want us to book very complex itineraries where everything is booked so they can pick up the paperwork (or e-documentation) and head off.
We are a full service travel agency but we do specialise in;
- Complex Itineraries – holidays that have many parts to coordinate.
- FIT (Free Independent Travellers) – we create an itinerary that is specific to that traveller and personal requirements
- Multi Generational Travel – about to have a big birthday? (40, 50, 60, 70 or older) and want to take your whole family away? kids, grandchildren, grandparents then we can create a holiday itinerary that will work for all.
- We know Europe – Michael, the owner is originally from England and spent most summers travelling and experiencing all Europe has to offer. He has visited about 85% of Europe. In addition, after university he lived in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia for a summer, and then two winters in the ski resort of Cervinia, Italy and one summer on Lake Garda in Italy.
- Round the World (RTW) – planning a round the world trip can be daunting, however, we have booked so many for leisure and corporate clients we know the in and out to make sure you get the best value from your ticket.

Since Covid we have moved from the Leura office and now work from our home office. You can come to the office, we just ask you to make an appointment first.
If it is more convenient, we can come to your home or meet at a cafe anywhere in the Upper Blue Mountains.
