Your Butler provides a privileged point of contact who responds to your every whim quickly and efficiently. When you arrive, he will welcome you with champagne and provide all the information required to ensure your cruise goes smoothly. Attentive and discreet, he is at your service to look after every aspect of your wellbeing throughout your stay, from keeping your Suite up to standard to the laundry services, cleaning your shoes, taking care of your food preferences, and so on. He is there to provide a personalised service on a day to day basis depending on your requirements. Whatever you wish, your Butler will take care of everything, from organising a private cocktail in your Suite, to reserving a table in the restaurant or treatment in the Spa, to booking excursions (those programmed or individual) or ordering breakfast for you in your Suite at a time that suits you. Choose from a selection of fine wines, champagnes, spirits, mineral waters and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be no receipts to sign and no constraints: the Open Bar will also apply to your minibar and even to room service drinks.
